1. Who we are
AI Photo Editor is operated by Code Canyon LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, referred to as "we" in these terms.
2. The service
AI Photo Editor is a digital software service. It edits a photo from a written instruction, or creates an image from text, using third-party AI image models, and usually returns the result within a minute.
The service is delivered electronically. We do not guarantee a particular result, a fixed completion time or that a result will meet every expectation. The credit cost is shown before you start a image.
3. AI models and providers
Images are made by third-party AI models: Google Nano Banana, OpenAI GPT Image, ByteDance Seedream, xAI Grok Imagine and Alibaba Z-Image, reached through the SeeAPI model gateway. Your photo and instruction are sent to the model you pick, only to make your result. These models are operated by third parties and the quality of the result depends on them. We name them here so that you know what is used. They may change, and we will update this page when they do. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or similar to other content, so check a result before you share it and do not rely on it for legal, medical or financial matters.
4. Your account
You sign in with a Google account or with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your Google account and your mailbox secure. If you think your account was used without your permission, write to support@ai-photo-editor.net at once.
5. Credits, prices and payment
Credits are bought in one-time packs. You authorize one payment for the pack you choose, and a pack never renews or recharges by itself. Prices are in US dollars and are shown without applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply. Every image uses 5 credits.
Purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record for your order and adds sales tax or VAT at checkout where it applies. Your account receives credits only after the payment is confirmed. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Credits from one-time packs do not expire while your account is active. Buying credits does not start a image. A image that fails does not use credits. There is no second payment to unlock a finished result.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have been used are not refunded, and a image that fails is not charged. The full rules, including duplicate charges and outages, are in the Refund Policy. There is nothing to cancel, because nothing renews.
7. Billing questions and disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, write to support@ai-photo-editor.net before you ask your bank or card issuer for a chargeback. We reply within 3 business days and aim to resolve the matter within 10 business days. This does not limit your rights under the law or under your card network's rules.
8. Your content and the output
You keep the rights you already have in what you submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it only to provide the service to you, to keep it safe and to follow the law. We do not use your content or results to train models and we do not publish them. Subject to these terms and to the rights of others, you own the results generated for you and may use them. We cannot grant you rights in third-party content, and we do not guarantee exclusive rights in AI output.
9. Acceptable use
Submit only content that shows yourself, or an adult who has clearly agreed to it. By starting a image you confirm that you have the right to use what you submit and that every person shown has agreed. Do not submit photos, video or recordings of children or of anyone under 18. The Content Policy is part of these terms and lists what is not allowed, including pornography, violence, hate speech, content unsafe for children, deepfakes and impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. You also may not present AI output as a real recording, use the service to train a competing model, systematically scrape its output, present AI output as the work of a licensed professional, or bypass any safety check. You are responsible for claims or losses caused by your breach, as far as the law allows.
10. Safety checks and enforcement
The instruction you type is checked automatically before any image is made; a request that breaks the Content Policy is refused and costs no credits. Every photo you upload is checked automatically before it can be used, and a photo that fails is deleted straight away. Every result is checked automatically before it is kept and shown; a result that fails the check is not shown. We may refuse a request, withhold a result that does not pass a check, restrict or remove content, or suspend access for misuse, as set out in the Content Policy. If a result is withheld by our check, the credits for it are returned. To report content or ask for a review, write to support@ai-photo-editor.net.
11. Data and privacy
The Privacy Policy explains what we process and for how long. In short, what you submit is kept about 1 day after upload and results 30 days after delivery, so download the results you want to keep. Your card data is handled by the payment provider and is not stored on our servers. After you close your account we keep your data only for the periods in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
13. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after a warning where that is reasonable. Credits that remain on an account closed for a serious breach are forfeited, and in every other case unused credits are handled under the Refund Policy.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
15. Changes
We may change these terms. For material changes we post the new version with its date at least 14 days before it applies, and we tell signed-in users by email where the law requires it. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, you accept it.
